Ingredients

1 cup of rajma beans (soaked overnight)

1 cup of tomato puree(made From 3 tomato)

1 no. Onion (finely chopped)

1 tbsp Butter

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Pounded ginger, garlic and green chili

2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1 tsp Garam masala Powder (Hot Spices)

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Dry Mango Powder

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sugar

To teste of Kasuri methi

Soak the rajma beans in water overnight to ensure they become soft and plump.

Pressure cook the soaked rajma beans with enough water for about five to six whistles until they are soft and perfectly cooked. Once done, keep them aside.

Heat one tablespoon of butter in a wide saucepan. Add the cumin seeds, followed by the pounded ginger, garlic, and green chili mixture.

Add the finely chopped onions to the pan. Sauté them until they turn a nice golden brown color.

Pour in the tomato puree. Cook the mixture until the excess moisture has completely evaporated, the masala looks dry, and the raw smell
