Ingredients

For the Flatbreads:

1 cup Refined Flour

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour

1 tsp Oil

to taste Salt

as needed Water

For the Potato Stuffing:

1 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Garlic

4 large Potato (boiled & mashed)

3 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Chaat Masala

1 cup Coriander Seeds

to taste Salt

For Assembling the Filling:

1 tbsp Vinegar

1 piece Dry Red Chilli

1 tbsp Chaat Masala

as needed Cabbage (shredded)

as needed Tomato Ketchup

as needed Cheese

Instructions

Step 1Preparing the Dough

In a mixing bowl, combine refined flour, whole wheat flour, salt, oil, and water.

Knead the mixture until it forms a soft and pliable dough.

Apply a little oil over the dough, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

Step 2Making the Potato Stuffing

Heat oil in a pan over a moderate flame.

Add crushed garlic and sauté until it turns brown.

Add mashed boiled potatoes to the pan and mix well.

Season with salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and fresh chopped coriander.

Cook the mixture evenly, then remove from heat.

Step 3Preparing the Rotis

Divide the rested dough into lemon-sized balls.

Roll each ball into a thin flatbread (chapati) using a rolling pin.

Place the flatbread on a heated pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
