1 tsp Butter

Instructions

Step 1Preparing the Garlic Butter

1

Heat oil in a pan over medium-low flame. Add the garlic cloves and fry until they turn a beautiful golden brown color.

2

Once fried, remove the garlic from the oil, drain any excess oil, and allow the cloves to cool down.

3

In a mixer jar, combine the cooled fried garlic, unsalted butter, chopped green chilies, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, a handful of fresh coriander leaves, and salt.

4

Blend the mixture until you get a smooth, flavorful garlic butter consistency.

Step 2Assembling and Cooking the Garlic Bread

1

Take your pav buns or bread of choice and slice them in half.

2

Spread a generous amount of the prepared garlic butter evenly over the sliced sides of the bread, ensuring it is well-coated so the flavors can be absorbed.

3

Top the buttered bread with diced processed cheese (a mix of mozzarella and cheddar is recommended).

4

Sprinkle extra chili flakes, Italian seasoning, and fresh coriander leaves over the cheese for added flavor and color.

5

Heat a pan over low flame and melt a teaspoon of butter across the surface.

6

Place the prepared garlic bread into the pan.

7

Cover the pan with a lid, sealing it tightly to trap the heat, and cook on low flame for about 7 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted completely and the bread edges are crispy.

8

Once cooked, remove from the pan and serve immediately while hot and gooey.
