Ingredients

2 piece Potato (boiled & mashed)

1 piece Tomato (chopped)

1 piece Onion (finely chopped)

1 piece Raw Mango (finely chopped)

A few Puris

A handful Sev

For garnishing Fresh Coriander

A few Lemon Juice

to taste Salt

to taste Red Chilli Powder

as needed Date and Tamarind Chutney

as needed Coriander Mint Chutney

Instructions

Arrange the desired number of puris on a flat plate or serving tray.

Place thinly sliced or mashed boiled potatoes on each puri, followed by a layer of finely chopped onions.
