2 cup Penne Pasta

2 tsp Oil

3 cubes Unsalted Butter

5 cloves Garlic

1 large Onion (finely chopped)

2 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped)

1 cup Green Capsicum (Finely Chopped)

1 cup Sweet Corn Kernels

to taste Salt

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

1/2 tsp of papper

1 l Milk

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and add a teaspoon of salt.

Cook the pasta until it reaches an al dente texture (about 90% cooked).

Drain the water and set the cooked pasta aside.

In a wide pan, heat oil and butter over medium heat.

Add finely chopped garlic and onion, sautéing until fragrant.

Incorporate the chopped carrots, green capsicum, red capsicum, and sweet corn. Sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
