Ingredients

For the Boiled Egg Bhurji Masala:

2 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

2 piece Onion (chopped)

2 piece Green Chilli (chopped)

1 tbsp Garlic Paste

1 piece Tomato (chopped)

to taste Salt

1 tsp Garam masala Powder (Hot Spices)

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

2 piece Boiled Eggs

1 cup Water

For the Sunny Side Up Egg:

as needed Oil

1 piece Egg

to taste Salt

to taste Black Pepper

For the Garlic Butter:

1 tbsp Butter

12 cloves Garlic

Step 1Prepare the Boiled Egg Bhurji Masala

Heat oil in a wok over high flame and add cumin seeds.

Sauté the chopped onions and green chillies until the onions begin to sweat.

Push the onions to the side, add an extra dash of oil and the garlic paste. Cook until the raw aroma disappears, then mix everything together.

Add the chopped tomatoes and salt, then use a potato masher to break them down into the mixture.

In a separate frying pan, heat a little oil over high flame.

Crack the egg into the pan and season with salt and crushed black pepper.
