Ingredients

2 nos. Egg

handful Spinach Leaves

1 small Onion (thinly sliced)

1 clove Garlic (chopped)

1 piece Green Chilli (chopped)

2 tsp Oil

1 tbsp Water

to taste Cheese

to taste Salt

to taste Pepper (crushed)

Instructions

Step 1Prepare the spinach filling

Heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan.

Sauté the chopped garlic, sliced onion, and chopped green chili until the onions become transparent.

Step 2Cook the spinach

Add the washed and dried spinach leaves to the pan.

Cook on low flame until the leaves are half-cooked, then season with a pinch of salt and crushed black pepper.

Remove the mixture from the pan and set it aside.

Step 3Prepare the egg mixture

In a bowl, crack the two eggs.

Add a little salt, pepper, and one tablespoon of water.

Whisk the mixture thoroughly until well combined.

Add the remaining teaspoon of oil to the same pan and spread it evenly.
