Ingredients

1 no. Tomato (chopped)

1 no. (finely chopped) Onion (finely chopped)

1 no. (finely chopped) Raw Mango (finely chopped)

Puris: A few (as per serving size, typically 6 per plate)

handful Sev (Nylon)

to taste Coriander & Mint Chutney

to taste Salt

to taste Red Chilli Powder

Date and tamarind chutney: To taste

2 nos. Potato (boiled & mashed)

Coriander leaves: A handful (for garnish)

A few drop Lemon Juice

Instructions

Arrange about six puris on a flat serving plate.

Place a small amount of chopped or mashed boiled potatoes on each puri.

Top the potatoes with finely chopped onions.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt and a dash of red chili powder over each puri according to your taste preferences.

Drizzle a little coriander mint chutney followed by some date and tamarind chutney onto each puri.
