Ingredients

8 oz Wide Rice Noodles

4 tbsp Vegetable Oil

2 no. (finely chopped) Scallions

2 cloves Garlic (minced)

1 tsp Ginger (grated)

1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes

3 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Sugar

1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Rice Vinegar

2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil

to taste Salt

In a small bowl, combine the hot pepper flakes, paprika, sugar, toasted sesame seeds, minced or grated garlic, and grated ginger.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and season it with salt.

Once boiling, add the wide rice noodles and cook them according to the package instructions.

While the noodles are cooking, heat the vegetable oil in a small pan until it is very hot.

Carefully pour the hot oil over the spice mixture in the small bowl.
