Ingredients

1 cup of Split roasted gram

1 cup Grated coconut

1 lemon-sized piece of Jaggery

4 cloves Garlic

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

to taste Salt

Place the split roasted gram in a dry mixer jar and grind it into a fine powder.

Once processed, transfer the powder to a separate bowl and set it aside.

In the same empty mixer jar, add the grated copra, jaggery, garlic cloves, salt, turmeric powder, and dry red chili powder.

Grind these ingredients together until well combined.

Add the previously ground roasted gram powder back into the jar with the spice mixture.

Pulse or grind the mixture once more until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated and the texture is uniform.
