Ingredients

4 piece Bread

5 piece Boiled Eggs

3 tbsp Onion (finely chopped)

2 tbsp Green Capsicum (Finely Chopped)

2 tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped)

2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Mixed herbs : 1 tbsp

1 tsp Chili Flakes

2 tbsp Butter

to taste Salt

2 piece Cheese Slice

For green chutney :

1 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)

1 cup Mint Leaves

2 piece Green Chilli

8 cloves Garlic

1 tsp Lemon Juice

to taste Salt

as needed Water

Grate the boiled eggs into a bowl using a coarse grater. Add the finely chopped onion, capsicum, green chilli, and coriander leaves.

Add the mixed herbs, chilli flakes, and salt to the egg mixture. Mix everything well until combined.

Apply butter to the bread slices. Spread green chutney on two slices and tomato ketchup on the other two.

Spread the egg mixture generously over the slices topped with chutney. Place a cheese slice on top of the egg mixture and cover with the ketchup-coated bread slice.

Top each with a cheese slice and cover them with the ketchup-coated bread slices.

Place the sandwiches on the tawa and butter the top side. Grill until golden brown and crispy on both sides, ensuring the cheese melts perfectly.
