Ingredients

1 bunch Spinach Leaves

1 medium Onion

6 cloves Garlic

1 cubes Paneer (grated)

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

1 tsp Garam masala Powder (Hot Spices)

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder

to taste Salt

2 cups Water

1 tbsp Oil

1 cup Boiled Sweetcorn

Thoroughly wash and clean the spinach leaves, removing any thick stems, and chop the leaves into smaller chunks.

Prepare the sweet corn by boiling it until tender.

Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

Incorporate the chopped garlic into the pan and sauté until it turns light brown and the raw smell dissipates.

Add the boiled sweet corn to the pan and mix well.

Add the salt, cumin (jeera) powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and black pepper.
