Ingredients

1 large Carrot (chopped)

2 medium Tomato (chopped)

1 piece Onion

1 cups Water

to taste Salt

to taste Black Pepper

Peel the carrot and chop it into chunks. Cut the tomatoes into four pieces each and prepare the half onion.

Place the prepared vegetables into a pressure cooker along with 1 1/2 cups of water. Close the lid and cook on a low flame.
