1 no. Green Chilli (chopped)

6 cloves Garlic

1 piece Ginger

1 no. Onion (roughly chopped)

1 handful of Coriander leaves and stems

to taste Salt

1 piece Lemon Juice

Start by washing and roughly chopping the green chili, ginger, and onion.

Gather a handful of fresh coriander leaves and include the stems, as they add extra flavor and a vibrant color to the chutney.

Add the chopped green chili, garlic cloves, piece of ginger, chopped onion, and the coriander (leaves and stems) into a blender jar.
