Ingredients

3 cups Boiled Rice

Paneer: 200 gms (cubed & fried)

1 cup Green Peas

1 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

2 nos. Onion (sliced)

1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1 no. Green Capsicum (chopped)

2 nos. Green Chilli (chopped)

2 piece Green Chilli (chopped)

2 piece Tomato (chopped)

1 tsp Garam masala Powder (Hot Spices)

Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder: 1 tsp

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Sugar

For garnishing Coriander Leaves (chopped)

to taste Salt

as needed Water

Instructions

Heat ghee in a pan. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn nice and brown.

Mix in the ginger-garlic paste, followed by the chopped capsicum, green chillies, and a small amount of coriander leaves.

Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté until they become soft.

Add the garam masala, coriander-cumin seed powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste, and a pinch of sugar.

Stir in the frozen green peas and the fried paneer cubes. Add a little water to deglaze the pan and prevent burning.

Cover the pan and let the mixture cook for about 5 minutes. If it's too moist, cook for an additional 2 minutes to dry it out slightly so the rice doesn't get soggy.

Gently toss in the boiled rice and mix well.

Season with a little more salt if needed and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot!
