Ingredients

3 cups Cooked Rice

1 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Garlic (minced)

4 Spring Onion (chopped)

1 cup Spring Onion Greens

Ginger ( minced) 1 tsp

1 tbsp Chili Flakes

Mixed herbs or oregano 3/4 tbsp

1 tsp Pepper Powder

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

to taste Salt

Instructions

Add a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of oil to a pan. (You can also use two tablespoons of oil if you prefer to skip the butter).

Once the pan is hot, add one teaspoon of minced ginger and one tablespoon of minced garlic. Add four chopped spring onion bulbs and sauté everything for about half a minute.

Add one cup of chopped spring onion greens. Sauté well and continue cooking, making sure to stir at regular intervals to prevent burning.

After about five minutes of cooking, add three cups of cooked rice

Add salt to taste, one tablespoon of red chilli flakes, and three-quarters of a tablespoon of mixed herbs or oregano. Mix everything well, but gently.

Add half a teaspoon of pepper powder and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix one last time.

Garnish with extra spring onion greens and herbs. The fried rice tastes great on its own or served with ketchup.
