Ingredients

2 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)

1 cup Boiled Rice

1 cup French Beans (chopped)

1 tbsp Celery (chopped)

1 stick Spring Onion (chopped)

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Sugar

to taste Black Pepper

to taste Salt

as needed Boiled Yellow Corn

as needed Oil

as needed Green Chilli (finely chopped)

as needed Carrot (finely chopped)

small Green Chilli Sauce

to taste Vinegar

Instructions

Finely chop the garlic, celery, green chilies, carrots, and French beans.

Place a wok or pan over medium-high heat and add oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and sauté until it turns golden brown. Add the finely chopped celery, green chilies, carrots, and French beans. Stir and cook the vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes.

Stir in the soy sauce, green chili sauce, and vinegar.

Add the boiled rice to the wok. Season with salt to taste and toss everything well to combine.

Add the spring onions and their leaves, and stir briefly.
