Ingredients

1 cup Mint Leaves

3 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)

1 small Onion (sliced)

7 cloves Garlic

2 nos. Green Chilli

2 tbsp Roasted Gram (Dalia)

1 cup Yogurt

to taste Salt

Instructions

Clean the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly. Peel the small onion and slice it into smaller pieces.

Place the mint leaves, coriander leaves, sliced onion, garlic cloves, green chillies, and roasted gram (Dalia) into a grinding jar.

Add salt to taste into the jar with the other ingredients.

Pour the yogurt into the grinding jar. If you prefer a thicker consistency, do not add any water.

If you prefer a thinner chutney, you may add a small amount of water at this stage.

Process all the ingredients in the blender until you reach a smooth, uniform consistency.

Taste the chutney to check the seasoning.

If needed, adjust the salt or add more yogurt/water to reach your desired texture.

Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy as a dip with papads, kebabs, or your favorite snacks.
