1 tbsp Ginger

1 large Green Chilli

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1 tsp Garam masala Powder (Hot Spices)

as needed Oil

as needed Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Instructions

1

In a large bowl, mix wheat flour, salt, and carom seeds. Gradually add water and knead for 5 minutes until soft and pliable. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2

In a bowl, combine grated cauliflower, onions, ginger, garlic, chili, coriander, and all the spice powders. Mix well.

3

Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan. Add the mixture and sauté for 5 minutes to remove excess moisture. Remove from heat and cool completely.

4

Divide the rested dough into equal portions. Flatten a dough ball, place a spoonful of filling in the center, and seal the edges tightly.

5

Dust with flour and gently roll the stuffed ball into a thick disc. Heat a tawa and place the paratha on it.

6

Flip after 30 seconds. Once brown spots appear, brush with ghee, flip again, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
