Ingredients

2 cup Wheat Flour

1 tsp Salt

as needed Oil

as needed Water

200 Paneer

1 Onion (chopped)

2 as needed Green Chilli (chopped)

1 small Ginger

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1 tsp Dry Mango Powder

as needed Coriander Leaves (chopped)

as needed Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Instructions

1

Combine wheat flour, salt, a little oil, and water in a bowl. Knead well until a smooth dough forms.

2

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

3

In a separate bowl, combine the grated paneer with the onion, green chillies, ginger, salt, cumin powder, amchur powder, garam masala, and coriander leaves. Mix well.

4

Divide the rested dough into equal-sized balls.

5

Flatten a dough ball, place a portion of the paneer filling in the center, and fold the edges to seal it like a parcel.

6

Dust the surface with flour and gently roll out the stuffed dough into a flat circle.

7

Heat a tawa (griddle) over medium-high heat.

8

Place the paratha on the hot tawa. Once the first side is cooked, flip it over.

9

Apply a little ghee or oil to the edges and cook both sides until they turn golden brown and crisp.

10

Remove from heat and serve hot with side condiments.
