Ingredients

For the Vegetable Stock:

1 cup Cabbage (chopped)

1 piece Carrot (chopped)

1 piece Onion (chopped)

few Coriander Leaves (chopped)

1 Bay Leaf

2 pieces of Lemongrass stalks(optional)

2 cloves Garlic (chopped)

500 ml Water

For the Soup Base:

1 tbsp Butter

3 tbsp Cabbage (chopped)

3 tbsp French Beans (chopped)

3 tbsp of Baby corn(finely chopped)

3 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped)

2 tbsp Corn

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Vinegar

1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce

to taste Black Pepper Powder

to taste Salt

Instructions

Step 1Prepare the Vegetable Stock

Combine chopped cabbage, carrot, onion, coriander leaves, bay leaf, lemongrass stalks, and garlic in a pot with water.

Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for about 10 minutes to extract the flavors.

Strain the stock to remove the vegetable pieces, keeping only the clear liquid.

Step 2Prepare the Soup Base

Heat butter in a clean pot.

Add the finely chopped cabbage, French beans, baby corn, carrots, and corn.

Sauté the vegetables for a few seconds.

Step 3Combine and Finish

Pour the prepared vegetable stock into the pot with the sautéed vegetables.
