Ingredients

1 cups Wheat Flour

1 cup Bottle Gourd (peeled and chopped)

to taste Salt

3 tbsp Sesame Seeds

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tbsp Cumin Powder

1 tbsp Coriander Powder

1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tbsp Garam masala Powder (Hot Spices)

2 tbsp Flax seeds (Javas)

12 tbsp Chia Seeds Powder

1 cups Carrot (shredded)

Instructions

Step 1Prepare the Vegetable Mixture

n a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded carrots and shredded bottle gourd (lauki).

Add the dry seasonings: salt to taste, red chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, and sesame seeds.

Incorporate the nutritional boost by adding the chia and flax seeds powder, then mix everything thoroughly to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.

Step 2Form the Dough

Gradually add the wheat flour to the vegetable mixture to start binding the ingredients.

Use your hands to knead the mixture into a soft, consistent dough.

If the dough feels too dry to bind, incorporate water or fresh carrot juice in small increments until you achieve a smooth, workable texture.

Step 3Roll and Cook the Thepla

Divide the prepared dough into equal portions and roll them out using a rolling pin into thin, flat circles.

Heat a flat pan or tawa over a medium-high flame and place the rolled dough on it.
