Ingredients

1 cup Wheat Flour

1 cup Gram Flour (besan)

1 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

to taste Salt

as needed Warm Water

2 tbsp Oil

as needed Clarified Butter (Ghee)

1 medium Onion (roughly chopped)

1 nos. Green Chilli (chopped)

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Dry Mango Powder

A pinch Salt

Instructions

Mix together wheat flour,gram flour,ajwain seeds,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt to taste and mix the ingredients together. -Also add some oil and mix it evenly

Now add water and knead the dough and add some more oil.

Knead properly and keep it aside to rest for some time.

In a bowl add the onion, green chillies, red chilli powder, amchoor powder and salt.

Mix all this ingredients properly.

Make small round balls out of the dough and flatten them with rolling pin.

Sprinkle the onion mixture and roll it again.

Heat a pan and roast the rotis.

Apply ghee and roast it properly.
