Ingredients

1 (16 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli

1 medium Onion (chopped)

1 bowl Processed Cheese

1 cup Butter

2 cups Milk

1 tbsp Garlic Powder

2 cup Cornflour (Cornstarch)

1 cup Water

Peel and chop a medium-sized onion. Cut a 1 lb block of processed cheese food into smaller cubes and set them aside.

Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a small stockpot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until the pieces are softened.

Add one 16 oz package of frozen chopped broccoli to the pot.

Simmer the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.

Reduce the heat and stir in the cubed processed cheese.

Continue stirring until the cheese has completely melted into the broth.

Stir in 2 cups of milk and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
