Ingredients

4 slice Brown Bread

2 tbsp Peanut Butter

1 piece Banana

1 tbsp Roasted Peanuts

Instructions

1

Roast the peanuts in a pan until lightly browned to remove any raw taste and make the skins easy to peel.

2

Remove them from the pan and let them cool down completely.

3

Rub the cooled peanuts between your palms to remove the skins.

4

Either crush the peeled peanuts using a rolling pin or pulse them in a mixer grinder for a few seconds to create a coarse powder.

5

Heat a pan over medium heat.

6

Place the bread slices on the pan and toast them on both sides until they are lightly browned and crispy. (You may add a little butter if desired, though it is optional).

7

Place the toasted bread slices on a plate or cutting board.

8

Spread a generous layer of peanut butter evenly over each slice.

9

Sprinkle the prepared coarse peanut powder over the peanut butter.

10

Peel the banana and slice it into thin rounds.

11

Arrange the banana slices on top of the peanut butter-covered bread.

12

Your quick and healthy banana toast is ready to be enjoyed as a nutritious breakfast or a convenient snack.
