Ingredients

1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (grated)

1 cup Cheddar Cheese

1 medium Onion (finely chopped)

3 Green Chilli (finely chopped)

1 piece Ginger (finely chopped)

3 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)

handful Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)

handful Mint Leaves (finely chopped)

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1 tsp Black Pepper

to taste Salt

as needed Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Instructions

1

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese, finely chopped onion, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Add the chopped coriander and mint leaves, then season with pepper, cumin powder, and a little salt to balance the flavors. Mix everything together thoroughly.

2

Roll out two separate portions of dough into flat circles (chapatis).

3

Spread the prepared cheese filling evenly over the surface of one rolled-out chapati. Ensure you leave a small margin around the edges so you can seal the paratha effectively.

4

Place the second rolled-out chapati directly on top of the cheese-covered base. Press down gently along the edges with your fingertips or use a fork to crimp the edges together, ensuring it is completely sealed.

5

Carefully place the stuffed paratha onto a hot tawa (griddle). Cook on one side, then carefully flip it over.

6

Drizzle a little ghee over the paratha while it is on the tawa. Continue to cook, turning as needed, until both sides are golden brown and the cheese filling inside has melted nicely.
