Ingredients

2 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)

1 no. Onion (finely chopped)

1 small Green Capsicum (Finely Chopped)

1 no. Tomato (finely chopped)

1 tsp Salt

pinch Red Chilli Powder

1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce

1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1 cups Water

140 g Maggie

Instructions

1

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan or kadhai over medium heat.

2

Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté briefly. Next, add the chopped onion and cook until it turns soft and slightly translucent.

3

Add the finely chopped capsicum and cook for one to two minutes.

4

Follow this by adding the chopped tomato and cooking until it becomes soft.

5

Stir in the salt and a pinch of red chili powder. If needed, you can cover the pan to help the tomatoes soften faster.

6

Lower the flame and stir in the Schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, and soy sauce.

7

Mix everything well and cook for about 30 to 60 seconds.

8

Pour in the water and bring it to a boil.

9

Once boiling, add the Maggi tastemaker seasoning packets and mix thoroughly.

10

Break the Maggi noodles into pieces, add them to the boiling water, and stir gently as they soften.

11

Cook on medium flame for approximately two minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the noodles are perfectly cooked.

12

Once the water has dried up and the noodles are cooked to your liking, turn off the heat and serve immediately while hot.
