Ingredients

1 cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)

1/4 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Castor Sugar

1 tsp Instant Yeast

2 tbsp Yogurt

2 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Salt

as needed Milk

as needed Garlic (chopped)

handful Coriander Leaves (chopped)

as needed Cheese

Instructions

Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.

Add yogurt, oil, and salt, mixing well.

Gradually add milk to knead into a soft dough.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, form into a ball, and let it rest for 10 minutes covered.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll them into balls.

Roll out each portion into your desired shape (round, oval, or triangle).

Drizzle a little water over the surface, then press chopped garlic and coriander onto the dough. Roll over it once more to secure.

Flip the naan over and apply water to the back side.

Place on a very hot iron tawa (pan) water-side down.

Once bubbles appear, flip the tawa and cook the naan directly over the flame until charred and cooked through.
