Ingredients

Main Ingredients :

2 cup Whole Wheat Flour

1 tsp Salt

3 cup Lukewarm water

Brushing :

1 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Instructions

Take whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl.

Add salt and gradually pour water while kneading into a soft dough.

Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth and soft.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal-sized balls

Dust lightly with dry flour and roll each ball into a thin round

Heat a tawa on medium-high flame.

Place the rolled roti on the hot tawa and cook until small bubble

Flip the roti and cook the other side.

Press gently using a cloth or spatula until the roti puffs up.

Remove from heat and apply ghee if desired
