Ingredients

2 cup Whole Wheat Flour

2 cup Warm Water

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Instructions

Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.

Dust lightly with dry flour and roll each ball into a thin round chapati.

Heat a tawa on medium-high flame.

Place the chapati on the hot tawa and cook until bubbles appear.

Flip and cook the other side.
