5–6 pieces of Spring onions with leaves

2 tbsp Cornflour (Cornstarch)

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

1 tsp Ginger (grated)

1 tsp Green chilli paste

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

to taste Salt

as needed Olive oil

Heat a pan and add oil. Once hot, add the minced ginger and chopped spring onions, sautéing them briefly.

Add the minced green chillies (optional), water, corn flour slurry, black pepper powder, lemon juice, the spring onion leaves, and salt to taste.
