Ingredients

2 tsp Oil

as needed Garlic

1 Onion

as needed Beans

1 medium Carrot (chopped)

1 cup Cabbage (chopped)

2 medium Boiled Potatoes

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Garam masala Powder (Hot Spices)

2 cup Wheat Flour

as needed Salt

as needed Clarified Butter (Ghee)

handful Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Ginger-Garlic Paste

Fenugreek Seeds

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onions until soft.

Add the chopped beans, carrot, and cabbage. Cook for a few minutes until slightly tender.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste, then add the mashed boiled potatoes.

Mix in the salt, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala. Combine well.

Add kasoori methi and fresh coriander, then transfer the mixture to a bowl to cool completely.

Add wheat flour to the cooled vegetable mixture and knead into a soft dough, adding small amounts of water as needed.

Apply a little oil to the dough, cover, and let it rest for 15 minutes

Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll them out into medium-sized circles.

Cook the parathas on a hot tawa, flipping occasionally and applying ghee on both sides until golden brown spots appear.
