Ingredients

Almonds milk (1/2 cup)

1 piece Banana

2 tbsp Peanut Butter

1 tbsp Flax seeds (Javas)

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

handful Ice cubes

Instructions

1

Peel your bananas and store them in an airtight container in the freezer for 6-8 hours until they are frozen solid.

2

Add the almond milk (or water), the frozen banana pieces, natural peanut butter, ground flax seeds, and vanilla extract into your blender.

3

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Stop periodically to scrape down the sides of the blender if necessary to ensure everything is well incorporated.

4

If the mixture is too thick, add a small splash of extra almond milk or water and blend again.

5

Taste your smoothie and add a little honey if you prefer a sweeter flavor. If you would like an even thicker, colder consistency, add a handful of ice and blend until smooth.

6

Serve the smoothie immediately to enjoy the best taste and texture.

7

Any remaining smoothie can be poured into a popsicle mold and frozen overnight for a frozen treat later.
