100 g Almonds

1 tsp Cardamom Powder

to taste Sugar

few Saffron Powder

small Water

Sliced Almonds For garnishing

Optional Masala Powder:

few Cashew Nuts

few Pistachio

Combine almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, a piece of mace, and cardamom seeds (discarding the skin) in a grinder.

Blend them into a fine spice powder and set it aside for later use.

Take the almonds that have been soaked for two hours and peeled.

Grind them into a smooth, fine paste by adding a small amount of water.

Bring the milk to a boil in a heavy-bottomed vessel.
