Ingredients

1 cup Curd

1 cup Water

to taste Salt

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1 no. Green Chilli (chopped)

For garnishing Ginger (chopped)

For garnishing Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions

In a liquidizer or using a hand churner, combine 1/4 cup of yogurt with 1 cup of water.

Add salt to taste and 1/2 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder (or more, according to your preference) to the mixture.

Churn the mixture until everything is well combined and you achieve a thin consistency.

Pour the chaas into a glass and keep it cool in the refrigerator before serving.

Garnish with a split green chili on the side, a little chopped green chili, chopped ginger, and coriander leaves on top.

Sprinkle a little extra roasted cumin powder on top for enhanced flavor and appearance.
