Ingredients

4 cups Water

10 tbsp Jaggery powder

2 piece Lemon

Ginger juice: 2 tsp

4 piece Green Cardamoms

few Saffron Strands

Nutmeg: A pinch (optional)

Instructions

Pour 1 litre (4 cups) of water into a large bowl.

Lightly crush 4-5 green cardamom pods, remove the seeds, and place them in a mortar and pestle. Add a few strands of saffron. Crush these into a fine powder.

Squeeze the juice from 2 limes into the water.

Extract 2 teaspoons of ginger juice by grating fresh ginger and using a press, then add it to the bowl.

Add the prepared cardamom and saffron powder to the mixture.

Add 10 tablespoons of jaggery powder.

Stir the mixture well until the jaggery is completely dissolved. Chill well and serve cold, or serve at room temperature.
