Ingredients

1 cup Curd

1 cup Water

1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

to taste Salt

1 slice Green Chilli (chopped)

small Ginger (chopped)

to taste Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions

In a blender or using a hand churner, combine 1/4 cup of yogurt (curd) with 1 cup of water.

Add salt to taste and 1/2 teaspoon of roasted cumin (jeera) powder to the mixture.

Blend or churn the mixture until well combined and smooth.

Pour the prepared buttermilk into a glass and place it in the refrigerator to cool before serving.
