Ingredients

2 medium Potato (boiled, and peeled)

Jalapenos (4 tbsp ,finely chopped)

1 cup Cheddar Cheese

1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

to taste Salt

4 tbsp All-Purpose Flour (Maida)

Corn Starch (4 tbsp)

1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Garlic Paste

as needed Water

1 tbsp Oil

2 cups Bread Crumbs

2 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes

Instructions

1

In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled mashed potatoes, chopped jalapenos, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and salt. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

2

Divide the potato mixture into small, even portions. Roll them between your palms into oval or round nugget shapes. Flatten slightly on the top and bottom.

3

In a separate bowl, whisk together the corn starch, maida, red chilli powder, garlic paste, salt, and 1 tbsp oil. Gradually add water to form a medium-thick batter.

4

Take the bread crumbs and mix in the chilli flakes. Dip each potato nugget into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, then roll it in the bread crumbs until evenly covered.

5

Place the coated nuggets on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This helps the coating set and prevents them from falling apart.

6

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Carefully drop the nuggets into the hot oil. Do not overcrowd the pan. Fry until they turn a beautiful golden brown and become crispy.

7

Remove from the oil and serve hot while the cheese is still gooey.
