Ingredients

boiled mixed sprouts (kabuli chana, moong/whole green gram) (3/4 Cup)

1 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)

1 cup Radish (grated)

1 cup Fenugreek Leaves (finely chopped)

1 cup Tomato (finely chopped)

1 Green Chilli

1 tsp Oil

to taste Salt

pinch Asafoetida Powder (Hing)

Instructions

In a deep bowl, combine the boiled mixed sprouts, chopped coriander, grated radish, chopped tomatoes, fenugreek leaves, and salt. Mix everything well and set it aside.

Heat the oil in a small non-stick pan over a medium flame.

Add the green chilli and a pinch of asafoetida (hing) to the oil and sauté for a few seconds.

Pour the hot tempering over the salad mixture and mix well. Before serving, discard the green chilli and serve the salad immediately.
