Kidney beans (boiled in salt water): 1/2 cup

Romaine lettuce: 1 bunch

1 cup Boiled Sweetcorn

1 cup Cucumber

1 cup Tomato

1 cup Onion

Green bell peppers (chopped): 1/4 cup

2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro (roughly chopped)

3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 medium Lemon Juice

2 medium Garlic
