Ingredients

sprouted matki (moth beans)(1.5 cup )

4 cup Carrot (shredded)

4 cup Cabbage (shredded)

3 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Chaat Masala

1 tbsp Golden Raisins

1 tsp Sugar

1⁄4 tsp Black Pepper

1 tbsp Olive oil

to taste Salt

Instructions

Rinse the dry moth beans thoroughly in water two to three times.

Soak the beans in two cups of water for at least 8 to 10 hours until they plump up.

Drain all excess water from the soaked beans.

Wrap the beans in a cheesecloth and let them sit for one to two days until nice sprouts appear.

In a large bowl, combine the sprouted beans, shredded cabbage, and shredded carrot.

Add the coriander leaves, red chili powder, chaat masala, black pepper, salt, sugar, and golden raisins.

Drizzle the olive oil and fresh lemon juice over the mixture.

Toss everything well until fully combined.
