Ingredients

2 tbsp Oil

1 small Onion (finely chopped)

Green Chilli (chopped)

Mixed sprouts (1 cup)

Boiled chickpeas(1 cup)

1 small Tomato (finely chopped)

1 handful Paneer Cubes

Small piece Ginger (finely chopped)

to taste Salt

For garnishing Fresh Coriander

to taste Chaat Masala

Instructions

Place a pan on the stove and heat 2 tablespoons of oil.

Add one finely chopped small onion and sauté until it becomes transparent and loses its raw smell.

Add one finely chopped green chili and mix it well with the onions.

Add one cup of boiled chickpeas and one cup of mixed sprouts (chana and soybean) to the pan, stirring them thoroughly.

Add one small, finely chopped tomato and sauté everything together.

Incorporate the paneer cubes into the mixture and continue to cook until they are well combined with the other ingredients.

Add salt to taste and a sprinkle of chaat masala. Mix well.

Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for about 2 minutes.

Add some chopped ginger to the pan and mix it in.

Cover the pan again for a brief period to allow the ginger flavor to infuse into the salad.
