Ingredients

Topping :

2 medium Tomato (finely chopped)

2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

1 tsp Chili Flakes

5 cloves Garlic (minced)

1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

French bread : 150g

1 cube Processed Cheese

to taste Salt

Few drop Lemon Juice

Garlic dressing :

3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

to taste Salt

4 cloves Garlic (minced)

Instructions

1

In a bowl, combine finely chopped tomatoes, coriander, chili flakes, minced garlic, a few drops of lemon juice, salt, and 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Mix well and set aside.

2

In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, and salt.

3

Place the oiled side down on a heated tawa over low flame. Toast until crispy, pressing gently with a spatula. Apply garlic oil to the top side as well.

4

Slice your bread (or cut slices into triangles). Brush one side of the bread with the prepared garlic oil.

5

Once flipped, place small pieces of processed cheese on the bread. Toast until the cheese melts slightly.

6

Remove the bread from the heat. Spoon the fresh tomato mixture over the crispy, cheesy bread slices just before serving to keep the bread from turning soggy. Serve immediately.
