Ingredients

2 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Garlic Paste

1 large Onion (finely chopped)

1 cup Green Capsicum (Finely Chopped)

2 large Tomato (finely chopped)

to taste Salt

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Pav bhaji masala : 2.5 tbsp

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Handful Fresh Coriander

Grated Cheese

pinch Kasuri Methi Powder

Pav buns : as needed

2 tbsp Butter (Softened)

Instructions

Heat oil or butter in a pan over low-medium heat. Add garlic paste and sauté briefly.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 1–2 minutes until the color changes.

Add the capsicum and sauté lightly. Incorporate the tomatoes and salt, then cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Mash the tomatoes well. Add coriander, turmeric, and chili powders, along with 2 tbsp of pav bhaji masala. Mix well and continue mashing until smooth.

Stir in lemon juice, fresh coriander, and grated cheese. Set the masala aside.

Slice the pav buns and toast them in the butter mixture on both sides.

Spread the prepared vegetable masala inside the toasted pav buns, top with raw onions and fresh coriander, and serve hot.
