Ingredients

as needed Paneer (grated)

For cooking Clarified Butter (Ghee)

as needed Cumin Seeds

as needed Ginger (finely chopped)

as needed Green Chilli (finely chopped)

1 piece Onion (finely chopped)

1 small Tomato (finely chopped)

Small amount Green Capsicum (Finely Chopped)

to taste Salt

Turmeric Powder

as needed Chaat Masala

as needed Cumin Powder

as needed Kasuri Methi Powder

as needed Black Pepper Powder

as needed Coriander Powder

For garnishing Fresh Coriander

Few drop Lemon Juice

as needed Bread

as needed Schezwan Sauce

Instructions

Heat butter and ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them crackle.

Add salt, turmeric, and all dry spices along with kasuri methi and fresh coriander.

Add ginger, green chili, and onion. Sauté until translucent, then add tomato and capsicum.

Add the grated paneer to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice, then remove from heat and let it cool.

Apply Schezwan sauce on one bread slice and tomato ketchup on the other. Spread the prepared paneer mixture evenly.

Spread the prepared paneer bhurji over the bread. Optionally add grated cheese or fresh slices of tomato and onion.
