Ingredients

Stuffing :

1 cup Potato (boiled, peeled, and grated)

1 tbsp Butter

Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp

3 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Garam masala Powder (Hot Spices)

1 tsp Chaat Masala

1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

to taste Salt

Onion masala :

1 cup Onion (finely chopped)

3 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Dry Mango Powder

to taste Salt

Masala water :

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

3 tbsp Water

1 tsp Dry Mango Powder

1 tsp Garam masala Powder (Hot Spices)

to taste Salt

Others :

Rotis : 4

4 tsp Green Chilli

1 tbsp Vinegar

Instructions

Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add potatoes, chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, coriander, and salt; cook for 1-2 minutes and set aside.

Mix the onion masala ingredients in a bowl; set aside.

Combine all masala water ingredients in a separate bowl; mix well.

To assemble: Place a roti on a surface, spread ¼th of the potato stuffing in a row in the center.

Drizzle ¼th of the masala water and 1 tsp of the prepared green chilies in vinegar over the filling.

Sprinkle ¼th of the onion mixture over the top.

Roll the roti tightly and serve immediately.
