Ingredients

For the dough :

to taste Salt

to taste Black Pepper (roughly crushed)

1 tbsp Oil

as needed Water

1 cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)

For the felling :

1 tsp Oil

1 tsp Butter

Ginger garlic paste :1 tsp

Frenki masala : 1 tsp

1 piece Onion (finely chopped)

2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce

2 piece Potato (boiled & mashed)

to taste Salt

For the assembly :

as needed Tomato Ketchup

as needed Schezwan Sauce

as needed Mozzarella Cheese

Green Capsicum (chopped)

Cabbage (chopped)

pinch Chaat Masala

Coriander Leaves (chopped)

as needed Butter

Instructions

Mix flour, salt, black pepper, and oil. Add water gradually to form a dough. Knead on a counter with a few drops of oil until smooth. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Heat oil and butter in a pan. Sauté ginger-garlic paste for 2 minutes, then add Frankie Masala, onions, and salt. Cook until softened

Add Schezwan sauce and mashed potatoes to the pan. Mix well and sauté for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Divide dough into three parts. Roll them out and cook on a hot tawa. Apply butter while cooking until golden spots appear.

Spread ketchup and Schezwan sauce on the roti. Add the potato filling, grated cheese, raw capsicum, cabbage, a sprinkle of chaat masala, and coriander.

Roll the roti tightly. Place seam-side down on a pan with a little butter and toast until crispy on the edges.
