Ingredients

2 cups Moong Sprouts (Bean)

1 medium Carrot (chopped)

1 medium Onion (roughly chopped)

1 tsp Ginger (chopped)

1 piece Green Chilli (chopped)

1 small Cucumber

1 medium Tomato (roughly chopped)

1 tsp Black Salt

1 tsp Chaat Masala

1 medium Lemon

1 cup Roasted Peanuts

A handful Fresh Coriander

can add pink salt or sea salt as per taste.

Instructions

Steam the Sprouts: Add 2 cups of fresh moong sprouts to a steamer. Cover and steam for 3 to 4 minutes. Steaming helps ensure safety and makes them easier to digest.

Cool Down: Remove the sprouts from the steamer and allow them to cool down completely.

Prepare Vegetables: While the sprouts are cooling, finely chop the following ingredients in a large bowl: 1 medium carrot 1 medium onion 1/4 inch piece of ginger 1 green chilli (adjust for heat preference) 1 medium radish (or cucumber) 1 medium tomato (deseeded)

Add Flavorings: To the chopped vegetables, add: 1/3 tsp black salt (kala namak) 1 tsp chaat masala Juice of half a lemon

Mix and Garnish: Add the cooled steamed sprouts, 1-2 tablespoons of roasted peanuts for healthy fats, and finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix everything thoroughly.

Serve: Garnish with extra roasted peanuts and coriander leaves before serving.
