Ingredients

1 cup Semolina(Rava)

1 cup Curd

1 Water

to taste Salt

1 tsp Baking Soda

as needed Grated Carrot

as needed Beetroot

as needed Green Onion (sliced)

as needed Green Chilli (finely chopped)

as needed Oil

Little bit Turmeric Powder

Instructions

1

Combine the semolina, curd, and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water to form a smooth, lump-free batter.

2

Let the batter rest for 15 minutes so the semolina can absorb the liquid.

3

After resting, add 3-4 tablespoons of water to adjust consistency, then stir in the baking soda.

4

Heat a non-stick or well-seasoned pan and grease it lightly with oil.

5

Pour a portion of the batter onto the pan; keep it slightly thick rather than spreading it thin like a dosa

6

Immediately sprinkle the grated carrot, beetroot, chopped onions, and green chilies over the top and press them gently into the batter.

7

Drizzle a little oil around the edges and cook until the base is crispy and golden brown.

8

Flip carefully to cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until done. Serve hot with your favorite chutney.
