Ingredients

1 cup Semolina(Rava)

to taste Salt

2 tsp Oil

A handful Sweet Corn

as needed Chili Flakes

as needed Water

Black sesame seeds : for decoration

Instructions

Combine suji, salt, and a little oil in a bowl. Add water as needed to create a batter, then let it rest for 5 minutes.

Blend the rested batter in a mixer jar for a smooth consistency.

Lightly grease the idli molds with oil or ghee.

Pour the batter evenly into each mold.

Place a sweet corn kernel on the edge of each idli for decoration.

Use chili flakes for lips and black sesame seeds for eyes to give them a fun look.

Steam the idlis for 7 to 8 minutes.
